Hi, I’m Caitlin
My counseling career has spanned from residential and community mental health centers to private practice igniting my passion to help those who feel uncertain about themselves and their purpose in life.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship between a person and their therapist establishes a foundation of trust and safety. This relationship allows us to explore the person's world, gather information, and find meaning in their experiences. Together, we will process thoughts, feelings, and behaviors through connection, acceptance, and support, helping you feel less alone, judged, or misunderstood.
I understand through my own work that therapy is a challenging process. Being vulnerable and open is terrifying, yet also freeing. Sitting with someone you trust helps you not feel alone, and the rewards of self-knowledge and understanding lead to alignment with your inner desires. So, hold on—we are in this together.

No, I do not accept insurance. However, I can give you a Superbill (type of statement) to turn into insurance and sometimes they will reimburse you for a portion of our sessions. I recommend checking with your insurance provider first if this is an option.

Everyone’s journey with counseling is unique. After our initial consultation or first appointment, we can generally estimate the number of sessions or the duration of treatment based on your goals. I take a collaborative approach and am mindful of your time and budget. We will discuss a timeframe that works best for you and aligns with your objectives. It is typically recommended to plan on attending at least 6-12 sessions, but this can vary depending on your specific goals and treatment plan.
