Hi, I’m Caitlin
My journey as a therapist has taken me from working in residential and community mental health settings to private practice, where I’ve found my true passion—helping people who feel lost, uncertain, or disconnected from their sense of self and purpose.
I believe that therapy is built on a foundation of trust and safety. It’s not just about talking through problems—it’s about truly exploring your world, understanding your experiences, and finding deeper meaning in them. Together, we’ll navigate your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a space of connection, acceptance, and support—so you don’t have to carry it all alone.
I know from my own work that therapy isn’t easy. Opening up, being vulnerable, and facing your emotions can feel terrifying—but it can also be incredibly freeing. Having someone walk beside you in that process makes all the difference. You are not alone in this, and no matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to help you find clarity, healing, and alignment with the life you want. So, take a deep breath—we’re in this together.

Everyone’s journey with counseling is unique. After our initial consultation or first appointment, we can generally estimate the number of sessions or the duration of treatment based on your goals. I take a collaborative approach and am mindful of your time and budget. We will discuss a timeframe that works best for you and aligns with your objectives. It is typically recommended to plan on attending at least 6-12 sessions, but this can vary depending on your specific goals and treatment plan.
